Dinghy
Ingredients :
300g flour
130g grated sugar
1 egg
60g olive oil
3 tbsp of milk
1 tsp yeast
1 pinch of vanilla
Preparation :
Mix the grated sugar, egg, olive oil, vanilla and milk in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Add the flour and yeast.
Knead for 1 min.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough and make circles.
Fry in oil (The color should be a little golden.)
Soak the you-yous in a sugar syrup.
Garnish with almond.
