Ingredients :
250g flour
4 eggs
100g starch
250g milk
1 pinch of vanilla
Preparation :
Beat the eggs well.
Then add the milk and vanilla. Add the flour in small quantities while whisking until you have a dough that is neither too runny nor too thick.
Heat the oil
Put your mold in it to heat it well
Take the mold and put it directly in the preparation to cover the edges with the dough, it should not cover the top, leave it in the dough for a moment, do not remove it right away, so that it does not fall back.
Put the mold back in the oil, the bounafej will fall by itself.
Let the bounafejs brown on both sides.
At the end of cooking, immerse your Bounafejs in preheated honey.
