Masmoudi praline ice cream

We offer our praline in 3 flavors, hazelnut, almond or pistachio. You choose.
Serve this ice cream as a dessert after a busy day between school, shopping, work and all your activities.

Masmoudi praline , available with hazelnut, almond or pistachio, is a dried fruit paste, without additives, without preservatives, and without palm oil. Our praline is creamy and tasty.
I generously spread it on crepes, pancakes, muffins, and toast. Of course, it's my mystery ingredient in breads
, ice creams, cakes, creams, cakes, ...

Obviously, it is not forbidden to eat it with a spoon. It will stay between us.

Preparation :

Check the instructions for using your ice cream maker to cool the bowl in advance.
I start by breaking the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. We only use the yolks for this recipe. You can use the whites to make meringues, for example. I whiten the egg yolks with the sugar until I obtain a foamy mixture.

On the other hand, in a saucepan, I bring the liquid cream to a light boil with the vanilla pod split in two. Then I pour the cream over the egg /sugar mixture and combine perfectly.
I put the device back in the pan and bring it back to low heat. The cream must be stirred constantly using a wooden spoon, in a figure 8 motion. When the cream coats the spoon, it is ready.

At this point, I pass the custard through a sieve to remove any traces of lumps. This step is not obligatory but it allows you to have a creamy texture.
This is where I add the
Masmoudi praline , until homogenized.
The praline cream must cool completely before being poured into the ice cream maker. Again, you will follow the instructions for your machine.

When my ice cream is ready, I transfer it to a freezer-safe container. My gourmet touch is to add praline. You can also sprinkle with caramelized and crushed dried fruits.
To be able to serve the ice cream easily, I take it out of the freezer 10 minutes in advance.

Trick :

Place your ice cream scoop in a glass of hot water for ease of serving.
