How to Make Pistachio Malfouf at Home

Malfouf Pistachio

Ingredients :

270g pastry sheet
160g butter
250g almond
30g icing sugar
Pistachio for garnish

Preparation :

Add the almond icing sugar.


Cut the brick sheets into rectangles.

Soak with melted butter.

Fill three-quarters of the sheet with the almond and sugar mixture.

Roll up the sheet.

Place the sticks in the oven at 130°C for 15 minutes.

Dip the sticks in the sugar syrup.

Garnish with pistachio.
