Homsia / Ghrayba
Ingredients :
325g roasted and ground chickpeas
180g flour
90g butter
90ml of oil
150g powdered sugar
Preparation :
Cook the butter over low heat until it turns a hazelnut color.
Dissolve the sugar in the oil and add the melted butter.
Mix the flour with the roasted and ground chickpeas.
Mix the two preparations by hand until you obtain a paste and leave it to rest for 12 hours.
Pass the dough through the mill twice.
Make sausages 5cm wide and 2cm thick.
Using pliers, make two incisions to decorate.
Bake at a temperature of 180° for 15 minutes.
Store your Homsia in an airtight box
