Kâak Louze
Ingredients :
300g ground almonds
125g powdered sugar
70g egg white
Vanilla sugar
Pistachio for garnish
Preparation :
Mix the ground almonds with the sugar and vanilla sugar
Add the egg whites.
Pass through the mill.
Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Spread the dough into a sausage 1.5cm in diameter and form rings.
Decorate with pistachios cut in half on both sides.
Bake for 15min at 180°c.
